Hatha Yoga Courses

Yoga is so much more than just executing physical poses. There is a lot of misunderstanding about that. Real Yoga makes a big difference by addressing the complete human being, not just the physical part.

The aim of the course is to learn to become an independent Yogi/Yogini and over time become a Master of your own life, so you will not be dependent on a teacher or gym or school to do your exercises and to relax. Having such an external resource may sound convenient but in the long term this will not structurally solve anything. You need more internal knowledge for sustainable change.

During our 12 or 14 week courses you will be living like a Yogi for 2.5 hrs per week. A fixed class rhythm with little external stimuli helps to calm down your mind. We start with physical poses and end with theoretical study about the Universal Laws.

In total you will receive 30 hours of Yoga training.

Soon you discover that your senses will come to rest. Through the physical poses your energy will start to flow again and you will feel fresh and vivid.

Offered Courses

12 week Hatha Yoga Course 1

This is the course for you if you would like to continue the development of your Self, regardless if you are a beginner or advanced in Yoga. This basic course offers you a thorough training in the first 3 steps of Rāja Yoga. Not only do you learn about the physical poses (Asanas) but you will also receive theoretical knowledge on the Moral Principles and Ideals (Universal Laws).

Improved health, a longer life, more balance and peace are the results. Discover for yourself how to become slim, flexible and strong with this ancient and tested systematic approach. The gentle and friendly approach makes it suitable for everyone.

The format of the lesson is as follows:

  • 75 minutes physical postures (Asanas)

  • 75 minutes theory (Yamas and Niyamas)

This course is suitable for both beginners and advanced.​​

14 week Hatha Yoga Course 2

This course is for you if you would like to continue the development of your Self. Not only will you learn about detachement (Pratyahara) and more physical poses in part 2, you will also be initiated into the secrets of energy control (Pranayama), which constitutes steps 4 and 5 in yogic development.

The format of the lessons is as follows:

  • 75 minutes physical postures (Asanas).

  • 15 minutes: a purification exercise for the body (Kriya) and / or an energy control exercise (Pranayama)

  • 60 minutes of theory (Prana, Chakra, Pratyahara)

Duration: 12 weeks​

One 2.5 hour lesson per week

14 week Hatha Yoga course 3

Part 3 is a further deepening of the first 5 steps of Yoga.

The format of the lesson is as follows:

  • 75 minutes physical postures (Asanas).

  • 15 minutes: a purification exercise for the body (Kriya) and / or an energy control exercise (Pranayama)

  • 60 minutes of theory (Prana, Chakra, Pratyahara)

Duration: 12 weeks​

One 2.5 hour lesson per week

Participation in this course is only possible after following part 1​​ and part 2
